Reluctant Performers

The roses in our garden didn't like the hot dry summer and have been very reluctant to flower.  With the cooler moister days recently .... buds are forming and it looks like they will put on one more show; before the frosts nip at their heels.
We have this soft yellow/apricot climbing rose, which shows a blush of pink as the flowers age and a delicate scent; unfortunately I don't know it's name ... but I managed to grab a couple of flower heads in early summer, to do this painting.
